Over 30 years ago our Master Chef (Kitty) was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, an auto-immune condition requiring that all Gluten, found in foods and beverages containing wheat, rye and barley, be avoided at all costs. This prevented Mom from serving any of her wildly popular desserts.
Mom was determined that her daughter would enjoy her own special “Kitchen Love” at Christmas, Mom created what became our first Gluten-free fudge. We proudly call it Chocolate Dream, after the flavor (of course) but also the fact that Mom’s dream of once again indulging her daughter in the joys of desserts had come true.
From there, with the help of an additional family Fudge Chef (Anthony), the family has expanded the product line to well over 30 different flavors including several Diabetic and Vegan-friendly flavors.
We create not only the classics like Chocolate and Peanut Butter but also flavors never before associated with fudge such as: Gingerbread Cookie Dough, Candy Cane and Pumpkin Pie, to name a few holiday flavors and Lemonade, Orange Cream and Strawberry Cheesecake as a few of our Spring and Summer flavors.
Today, with our sensitivity to the needs of the gluten-free, Vegan, dairy-free and sugar-free communities we’re proud to say we serve a very wide audience of people who can now and forever more enjoy great taste sensations and remain happy, healthy and satisfied.
